Counters¶
The tables list extended counter names. Access to detailed series depends on the license; see monitoring for access methods.

Bytes and packets by direction; incoming means received by Sapsan, outgoing means sent by Sapsan. |

Detected losses by direction and missing packets. |
incoming_retransmitted_packets, outgoing_retransmitted_packets, incoming_recovered_packets |
All retransmissions by direction and, separately, packets that actually filled a loss. A retransmission can be a duplicate or arrive late. |
incoming_ack_packets, outgoing_ack_packets, incoming_ackack_packets, outgoing_ackack_packets, incoming_nak_packets, outgoing_nak_packets |
Control ACK, ACKACK and NAK packets by direction. An outgoing NAK requests retransmission from the sender; an incoming NAK reports our packets lost at the receiver. |
incoming_drop_request, incoming_drop_requests, outgoing_drop_requests |
Packets discarded at the sender’s request, and drop request messages in both directions. |

MPEG-TS / TR 101 290¶
SRT carries MPEG-TS: all MPEG-TS counters are included, including TR 101 290 checks. Recovered SRT losses may produce no CC errors; growing unrecovered losses together with errors_ts_cc indicate media loss after recovery failed.
