OTT Multibitrate
Our transcoder can prepare content for delivery over unstable internet to different devices that can automatically select required quality.
To produce a stable result we need to synchronize keyframes, audio for seamless switch.
DVB CBR compliance
We can create a constant bitrate stream that can fit into a window of HRD (hypothetical reference decoder) buffer with excellent fill rate of the channel (more than 98%).
Using this transcoder is required to pass all TR-101290 checks in part of buffer fullness and overflow validations.
