Introducing Flussonic Watcher version 24.05, packed with exciting new features to elevate your video streaming experience. With dedicated servers for video analytics, you can now efficiently divide tasks, ensuring optimal resource allocation and enhancing system reliability. Additionally, streamline your management processes with VSAAS.IO integration, empowering you to oversee subscribers and cameras seamlessly. Moreover, enjoy an improved Watcher Client UI and dive into the future of video streaming with Flussonic Watcher 24.05.

Dedicated servers for video analytics

Separate video analytics and archive/broadcasting tasks across different servers to reduce capital expenditure, provide fault tolerance and redundant streams with analytics.

VSAAS.IO

Manage subscribers and cameras in vsaas.io via the organisation API. Returning an additional External ID field that matches the organisation ID in cloud.vsaas.io facilitates data matching and simplifies the integration of vsaas.io with your back-end systems.

Get the billing plan IDs in Watcher as external_id in the VSAAS.IO GET /tariff_plans API request.

Watcher Client UI

The “Events” page is completely replaced by “Episodes” in the new Watcher Client UI for easier monitoring and managing of events.

Bugs fixed:

Database cleanup We accelerated the cleanup of the episode database to avoid situations when the database grows faster than it is cleaned.

Filtering by cameras All the cameras are now included in the corresponding filter on the Events page, but to avoid any problems with filtering by a camera, please use a new Episodes page.

Deleting event thumbnails Event thumbnails are removed properly to avoid Watcher database enlargement and service failures.
