Flussonic release 25.11

This release introduces major advancements in telemetry, stream diagnostics, and live streaming stability, along with multiple enhancements to transcoding, DVR, and developer tools.

NTSC Support in Transcoder (#13971) Transcoder configuration now supports NTSC standard frame rates, enabling smoother integration with legacy video sources.
Comprehensive Stream Telemetry (#27312, #31342, #42439, #42934, #53565, #52629) Flussonic now collects over 40 real-time metrics per stream, providing detailed insights into performance and health.
- New telemetry module for monitoring DVR status, recording failures, and stream performance.
- Aggregated live stream status metrics for better overview dashboards.
- New stream metric for tracking total bytes downloaded from remote DVRs.
- Metrics for OnDemand streams are available even when inactive.

HDR Detection and Signaling (#44480) Streamer now identifies HDR content and signals it correctly in both HLS and DASH playlists.
Low-Latency HLS Enhancements (#48142, #55230) LL-HLS now correctly handles gaps between archive and live segments, and supports HEVC sources for playback.
New MXL Reader (#55077) Added support for MXL input format, currently handling video/v210.
MPEG-TS Scrambling (#53419) Introduced DVB CSA scrambling with fixed key for MPEG-TS output.
