Lumika Registration and License Issuance

  1. Open the sign-in page for the personal account: https://my.flussonic.com/?#/auth/signin.
  2. Go to the licenses section: https://my.flussonic.com/?#/licenses.
  3. Click Purchase new license.
  4. Open the Lumika tab.
  5. Review the description of the plans (for your account and for your subscribers).
  6. Choose the plan that suits you.

  7. Enter the domain name.

  8. The domain name is validated and must be unique.

  9. Accept the offer (check the checkbox).

  10. Wait until the domain creation is complete. After that, a message will appear saying that the domain has been created, and you can start working.

Domain management (subscribers and cameras)

  1. Open the list of licenses.
  2. Select the Lumika license (the license card shows counters for added cameras and NVRs).
  3. Follow the Domain management link.

Getting started

  1. Open the required domain.
  2. Sign in to the domain (the switch happens without separate authorization).
  3. Create an organization.
  4. Add an organization manager (your employee responsible for the organization).

  5. If needed, configure the plans.

  6. By default, 4 plans with cloud storage are available.

  7. Another 4 plans can be added if a streamer is connected.

  8. Add a camera to the organization.

  9. Assign a plan to the camera.

  10. Create a user:

  11. Specify the user's login.

  12. If needed, set external_id.
  13. Specify whether the user can change their password.

  14. Copy the password and provide the subscriber with the login/password. On first sign-in, the system will ask the user to change the password.

  15. Grant access rights:

  16. Viewing Live and Archive.

  17. Archive depth.
  18. Video sharing (within the granted rights).
  19. Archive export.
  20. Adding users and cameras.
  21. Changing plans for cameras.

The user cannot edit the camera’s technical parameters.
