Flussonic offers support options that can be tailored to meet your individual company needs. Each of our monthly and perpetual key sales come with Basic Support, other options and specifics are outlined below.
Basic support is included in all of our subscription packages and perpetual license sales. We will be happy to help you and answer any and all of your questions about Flussonic. We may also supply additional support on third party software that you may be planning on using with Flussonic.
Perpetual licenses include access to updates and basic support for a one (1) year period after purchase, any perpetual keys that an update is purchased for at the end of the anniversary date will receive limited support, this support will be restricted to our Forums and first come first serve ticketing can be accessed in your Client area by Clicking on the "Limited Support" link.

Each Enterprise Support Contract is customized to meet your needs on a month to month or yearly basis. The support options in our Enterprise Support option will be realized by "Contacting Us" and going over your specific needs, use case and deployment scenarios.
